Welcome to Samson's Quest

Welcome to my website. The site has just recently been updated to include information on my new published title, The Lion's Call, the sequel to Samson's Quest. I would like to thank all those readers who expressed such thrilling responses to my first title, and to those who enjoyed the adventures of Lewis Samson. I hope the second title can be as rewarding and thrilling for you all.

The Lion's Call has a similar 'flavour' and some of those characters you encountered in the first book make their appearances in this title (see The Lion's Call for more information). In the modern age of publishing, there are of course innumerable titles to choose from (over 200,000 new titles a year in the UK alone I hear), which creates excellent diversity and choice on the one hand; but on the other, makes it incredibly difficult to choose the "right book". Certainly, my aim for this site was to try and create a clear picture of what both books entail. Essentially as one reviewer aptly put it, Samson's Quest is a "pacy-thriller" which puts the spotlight on medical ethics. Medical ethics! That sounds slightly turgid I hear you say. Well, that depends. It's certainly incredibly important particularly as we venture further into the techo-revolution. I have tried to make it as amenable and enjoyable for the reader, and reader feedback was very positive. I have built on this theme in the second novel, which also taps into elements of psychology and philosophy.

The site will be updated again soon. The Lion's Call Extras area will provide some more useful links on how the works of Abraham Maslow and Pablo Picasso - two masters from the twentieth century - feature in the story.
